The project

To structure my client's customer journey, I carried out a complete UX study, including the creation of personas and the design of user journeys. The aim was to gain a better understanding of the motivations, expectations and disincentives of future subscribers in order to design a platform that was intuitive, reassuring and conversion-oriented.

I developed a user-centred UX approach to optimise navigation and the subscription tunnel:

  • Creation of detailed personas based on typical behaviours (craft beer lovers, the curious, gift buyers, regular subscribers, etc.)

  • Defining the objectives, frustrations and motivations of each profile

  • Design of user journeys showing the key stages of the journey: discovery → pack selection → subscription → box delivery

  • Identification of sticking points and opportunities for improvement

  • UX recommendations applied to the site: simplifying subscription choices, highlighting benefits, reassurance about delivery, mobile optimisation, etc.

  • Alignment of the final design with the needs identified during the analysis
