Creation of detailed personas based on typical behaviours (craft beer lovers, the curious, gift buyers, regular subscribers, etc.)
Defining the objectives, frustrations and motivations of each profile
Design of user journeys showing the key stages of the journey: discovery → pack selection → subscription → box delivery
Identification of sticking points and opportunities for improvement
UX recommendations applied to the site: simplifying subscription choices, highlighting benefits, reassurance about delivery, mobile optimisation, etc.
Alignment of the final design with the needs identified during the analysis
